Robert Glasgow, Managing Director
Robert’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day management of Webgains in the UK, and the strategic direction of the Webgains business across Europe and North America. In addition, Robert has been charged with the overall operational control of the Webgains business in all nine markets. Robert is part of the ad pepper media Group Executive Team and reports to the ad pepper CEO and Chairman.
Robert has extensive experience in running both Internet-related and high-growth businesses, having spent several years bringing American web company AllAdvantage.com to Europe. Robert also has a number of years’ experience running online marketing companies, joining Trafficmaid in 2001 and Affiliate Window in June 2003 as Managing Director.
Prior to the web revolution, Robert worked in the UK and Australia as a Management Consultant for the blue-chip strategic consultancy, Bain & Company, working on projects for many well-known companies in strategy development, process and organisational redesign and profit improvement across a wide range of industry sectors.
Robert holds a law degree from the University of London and a design degree from the University of Queensland.

Peter Dunham, Technical Director
A widely respected technology leader, Peter is co-founder and Technical Director of Webgains, responsible for both operational continuity and product vision. Having designed and built the original platform, he then architected and managed the international rollout and has built up a strong team of engineers & quality assurance professionals, along with operational and project management staff.
Webgains enjoyed a very strong debut in 2005, was purchased by adpepper media and subsequently rolled out to 9 countries, becoming the fastest growing affiliate network. Following this success, Peter was also appointed Chief Technical Officer for the adpepper media group in 2008.
Peter was formerly Chief Technical Officer at Affiliate Window where he was responsible for implementing one of the most widely respected technology platforms in the industry, adding both capacity and a feature rich product.
Prior to that, Peter was senior project manager for Oyster partners, a top 3 UK digital consultancy (now part of LBI), managing projects of up to £5m and 50 staff for such clients as Channel 4, Glaxo Smithkline and the European Commission.
Peter has a Business Studies Degree from City University Business School and a Master’s Degree in Computing.

Stephen Kerin, Managing Director, Webgains UK
As Managing Director of Webgains UK, Stephen is responsible for overseeing the UK account management and sales teams, building and strengthening key partnerships and has full responsibility for the growth of the UK network through strategic and tactical initiatives.
Stephen joined Webgains from Tradedoubler, where he was an International Account Director. In his former role Stephen managed top-tier, high performing accounts such as eBay, Apple, Amex, lastminute.com, Disneyland Paris and Kelkoo across 19 countries. Stephen supervised a team of more than 50 people across Europe on these various programs.
Stephen has extensive business development experience holding sales positions at Infocheck (now Equifax), Unified Solutions Ltd and MIVA (UK) Ltd. Stephen is a seasoned public speaker and digital figurehead. In May 2006 he was elected as a Local Councillor in the London Borough of Merton and was appointed Lead Member for e-Government.

Derek Grant, Sales Director, Webgains UK
Derek Grant is Sales Director for Webgains UK. Derek has been with Webgains since the early days, having joined the company in April 2005 and is responsible for developing sales strategies, recruiting, training and mentoring the sales team, assigning targets and ensuring the revenue budget is met.
Derek also trains and co-ordinates the sales personnel across our other international Webgains offices. Derek has a history of signing very successful clients to the Webgains platform, having personally brought on board programs such as Nike, British Airways, Maplin, Random House, the Gadgetshop, Barclays, Cloggs & Quiksilver. Prior to joining Webgains Derek worked within the customer services fraud department of the Royal Bank of Scotland and as a fund raiser for the charity Global Support Direct in Sydney Australia.
Derek is a seasoned public speaker, having covered affiliate marketing topics at Adtech London in 2006 and in 2008.
