We’re looking for a high-performing, commercially driven sales professional with a strong network of contacts and a clear focus on hitting targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by performance-based rewards. This role relies heavily on the candidate’s ability to leverage their own pipeline, professional network, and outreach skills to drive new business growth. Equally your performance directly drives your earnings. Alongside a highly competitive base salary, you’ll receive an ongoing commission on all new business you secure, plus a sign-up bonus based on the size of each client you bring on board. You’ll manage your own pipeline, deliver tailored pitches, and lead strategic conversations with decision-makers. You’ll also receive expert training and mentoring to master the Webgains platform, enabling you to confidently represent us at industry events, deliver impactful demos, and promote our affiliate marketing solutions.

Role responsibilities

  • arrowDrive new business through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.
  • arrowLeverage your existing network and client pipeline to introduce new business opportunities to Webgains that we wouldn’t have otherwise accessed.
  • arrowDeliver compelling platform demonstrations to potential clients (virtually and in person)
  • arrowRepresent Webgains at industry events and conferences as a brand ambassador.
  • arrowUnderstand and articulate Webgains’ USPs compared to competitors.
  • arrowBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the Webgains CRM.
  • arrowDevelop tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations aligned with client needs.
  • arrowAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets in line with company growth plans.
  • arrowProvide accurate forecasting and monthly sales plans to senior management.
  • arrowLead Tier 2-3 RFP teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver winning pitches.
  • arrowMentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal training initiatives.
  • arrowStay informed on the affiliate publisher landscape and top-performing partners across the network.
  • arrowSell the benefits of Webgains with confidence and clarity.
  • arrowMaintain strong interpersonal relationships and influence key decision-makers.

Role requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing sales (affiliate industry preferred but not essential)
  • Existing pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently.
  • Skilled in building and delivering presentations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone outreach.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Confident with numbers and data analysis, including forecasting and performance reporting.

Desirable

  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or online advertising
