What is your biggest achievement to date \u2013 personal or professional?<\/strong><\/p>\n Giving everything up in Edinburgh and making the move to London 5 years ago.<\/p>\n What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?<\/strong><\/p>\n Every day is different but mostly involves working with the team, game planning for the month. I also work with the publisher and account teams on client strategy and ways we can bring business into Webgains.<\/p>\n What has been your experience at working at Webgains so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n Every day has been a school day. Great to learn the part that everyone plays in making our clients program a success.<\/p>\n How did you get into digital marketing?<\/strong><\/p>\n Completely by chance, from a conversation with a friend of a friend in a pub. Had not long moved to London and was looking for a job, my friends’ friend said she knew someone who was looking for a salesperson for a retargeting company\u2026..and the rest is history.<\/p>\n What three words would you use to describe your role?<\/strong><\/p>\n Rewarding, Interesting, Challenging<\/p>\n What is on your wish list for your next 5 years?<\/strong><\/p>\n Grow the business development team and for Webgains to become one of the most respected networks globally with the best clients and service.<\/p>\n If you could choose anyone, who would you choose as your mentor?<\/strong><\/p>\n Even though I already have a fantastic mentor already I do have a soft spot for Claude Littner.<\/p>\n What do you like most about your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n Solving problems for clients and the satisfaction the team gets when a client comes and board and has a successful affiliate program with us.<\/p>\n What advice would you give to recent new entrants?<\/strong><\/p>\n Never stop learning.<\/p>\n What is your motto or personal mantra?<\/strong><\/p>\n Might as well get hung for a sheep as a lamb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" This week we have interviewed our UK Head of Sales, Julie Davidson.
