We’re delighted to announce the addition of Charlie Lynn to our UK business as Head of Client Services. Having previously joined the company on an interim basis for the same role in Autumn 2024, Charlie has now transitioned to join Webgains permanently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing a 15-year career in affiliate marketing, Charlie has a proven track record of helping brands scale through effective partnerships and measurable performance. Known for blending strong commercial acumen with empathetic leadership, Charlie has worked with a diverse range of brands \u2014 from agile startups to global, media-backed platforms \u2014 consistently driving affiliate activation, customer retention, and long-term channel value. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A passionate advocate for making marketing more accountable and impactful, Charlie now leads the Webgains UK client services team, with a focus on delivering operational excellence and strategic insight to clients. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

During her interim tenure, Charlie\u2019s leadership spurred the team on as they were named Finalists in the Best Performance Marketing Team category at the 2025 Performance Marketing Awards. Now that Charlie has joined full-time, it will be exciting to see this high-achieving team continue to grow and prosper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On confirming her new role, Charlie said: \u201cI’m thrilled to be joining Webgains as Head of Client Services. Having seen first-hand the journey the business is on, I knew I wanted to be part of it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
