With 50% of shoppers now starting their holiday shopping at least two weeks earlier (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mailmetromedia.co.uk\/news\/new-research-black-friday-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metro<\/a>), it&#8217;s important to get ahead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideally you want people to be aware of your brand, products and offers <em>before <\/em>the Q4 madness hits. By the time November rolls around, shoppers have already discovered, compared, and shortlisted the brands they\u2019ll buy from. Yours needs to be amongst them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-webgainspink-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:28px\"><p><em>&#8216;You want people to be aware of your brand, products and offers before the Q4 madness hits&#8217;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>So spread your budget across the quarter: work with influencers, affiliates, and partners early. Give them time to plan and build momentum before Black Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Diversify your publisher mix<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite their proven ability to drive results, don\u2019t rely solely on cashback and voucher sites. In the research phase (September to October), try working with content, review, and discovery publishers who help shoppers explore options and learn about your brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Create mid-funnel content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Encourage partners to publish buying guides, gift ideas, and listicles that align with early research behaviour. This helps position your brand before Q4 peak begins. Content partners in particular can really help you to achieve this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Keep budget flexible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Allocate spend to support awareness and engagement now, and reserve some for
