We will keep driving profitable growth for our merchants and affiliates, and supporting the careers of our brilliant Webgains\u2019 teams around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n To kick start the year we hosted\u00a0 a company wide training workshops on the first week of January and are looking forward to hold many more seminars for our parners and staff.<\/p>\n Watch this space for exciting announcements!<\/p>\n We also asked our team if they want to share some of their personal resolutions.\u00a0Here is what they said:<\/p>\n Ana Castro<\/a> \u2013 Client Support Executive <\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI have a few this year \u2013 firstly to find the best pub quiz in Bristol and secondly to start baking again, or more broadly, spend time cooking for myself, which goes well with my third resolution of looking after myself!\u201d<\/p>\n Ami Spencer<\/a> \u2013 Group Head of Network Development<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMy New Years\u2019 resolution is a green one. To do a better job at re-using and recycling. Shopping at my local green grocers and butchers and avoiding single use plastic wherever I can. I\u2019ve also been reading up on making echo bricks for plastic that can\u2019t be recycled, which is essentially plastic bottles packed full of plastic that can then be used for all sorts of things including building.\u201d<\/p>\n Vimal Patel \u2013 Account Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMy aim this year is to continue learning Spanish, using Verbling, DuoLingo & listening to podcasts \u2013 I\u2019d like to be able to hold a conversation by the end of the year.\u201d<\/p>\n Alona Malinovska \u2013 Managing Director<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMy personal resolutions are to take stairs whenever possible; thankfully Webgains London offices are on the third floor\ud83d\ude0a and meditate every day\u201d<\/p>\n Richard Dennys \u2013 CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ll be investing more time in the health and wellbeing of my family as well as myself in 2020.\u201d<\/p>\n Jack Davies<\/a> \u2013 Commercial Services and Partnerships Director<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI have a few New Years\u2019 resolutions \u2013 the first is to really prioritise learning German \u2013 the one language I didn\u2019t learn at school. The second is to pick up swimming and by the end of February to be able to swim 100 lengths without a pause!\u201d<\/p>\n Rachel McDonald<\/a> \u2013 Operations Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI have two resolutions, my first one is to continue studying and complete a Diploma in Event Management & the second is to continue training for several charity walks this year, including my first half marathon in September.\u201d<\/p>\n
