Fraudulent Sales & Affiliate Activity:
Nuance reserves the right not to honour any commissions that have been generated in a fraudulent or dishonest manner. Any affiliate found to be acting in a fraudulent or dishonest manner faces immediate expulsion, with any pending commissions withheld.

PPC Policy:
All publishers are prohibited from promoting the Nuance programme through paid search unless they have a written agreement stating otherwise. Publishers found promoting the programme in this way, particularly if they are using the display URL and/or bidding on Nuance brand terms, risk being removed from the program and having commissions reversed. Publishers are required to apply an appropriate negative match to prevent any broad matching incident.

Please note: commissions paid are based on order value currency conversion from local currency to USD. Commission is calculated on USD, and then converted back to local currency using the exchange rate at that time.
