3. Paid Search (PPC) Policy Small Batch Coffee Roasters operates a Closed PPC policy. Any approved affiliates must adhere to the following rules:

○ Do not use Small Batch Coffee Roasters brand terms (including variations, abbreviations, or misspellings) in your display URL, ad title, or ad description.

○ Do not register or use domains that include any variation or misspelling of the Small Batch Coffee Roasters brand name.

○ Do not display ads when “Small Batch Coffee Roasters” (or variations/misspellings) are entered as search keywords. Brand bidding is strictly prohibited, and all brand terms must be added as negative keywords where required.

○ Affiliates must not bid on combinations of our brand name with generic terms (e.g. “Small Batch Coffee Roasters voucher”) unless explicit permission has been granted by Small Batch Coffee Roasters.

4. Enforcement Small Batch Coffee Roasters reserves the right to suspend or remove any affiliates from the program immediately if found to be in breach of these terms.
