1. Prohibited Content Websites and traffic containing racist, extremist, hate-inciting, defamatory, violence-glorifying, or violence-promoting content, as well as pornographic, offensive, or otherwise unlawful content, are strictly prohibited from participating in or promoting the Zendure Affiliate Programme. 2. Prohibited Promotional Methods Cookie dropping, cookie stuffing, email spam, brand hijacking, and the deliberate generation of fake leads or fraudulent orders are strictly prohibited. 3. Paid Search Restrictions Paid search activity is prohibited across all search engines. Affiliates may not bid on the Zendure brand name or any misspellings of it, nor use the Zendure brand name in display URLs, destination URLs, ad copy, domain names, or social media account names without prior written approval. 4. Voucher, Cashback and Discount Publishers Separate terms and conditions may apply to voucher, coupon, cashback, and discount publishers. Affiliates must ensure they comply with any additional Zendure requirements relating to promotional offers and discount codes. 5. Use of Creative Assets Logos, banners, trademarks, and promotional materials supplied by Zendure may not be modified, altered, or reproduced without prior written approval. Affiliates requiring alternative creative assets should request approval from Zendure before use. 6. Image Usage Rights Unauthorised images, including product images not expressly approved for affiliate use, may not be used unless supplied directly by Zendure or made available through an approved product feed. Where there is any uncertainty regarding usage rights, affiliates must obtain written approval from Zendure before publication. 7. Intellectual Property Rights Affiliates must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other proprietary rights. Any use of Zendure's intellectual property must be in accordance with these programme terms and any additional brand guidelines provided by Zendure. 8. Compliance with Applicable Laws Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and consumer protection requirements in the territories in which they operate, including but not limited to disclosure requirements relating to affiliate marketing and sponsored content. 9. Consequences of Non-Compliance Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or removal from the Zendure Affiliate Programme at Zendure's sole discretion. Zendure reserves the right to: Reject, reverse, or withhold any commissions, leads, sales, or other transactions generated through activities that violate these terms. Suspend tracking or commission payments pending investigation of suspected non-compliance. Remove affiliates from the programme without prior notice where material breaches are identified. Seek compensation for any losses, damages, reputational harm, or costs resulting from an affiliate's breach of these terms. Take any additional action deemed necessary to protect Zendure's brand, customers, intellectual property, and the integrity of the affiliate programme. Participation in the Zendure Affiliate Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Zendure reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated terms becoming effective upon publication.
