Here at Webgains we strongly believe that to be the best in your field; you have to think like the best. Gregory and Sheaf are a top-of-the-league beach volleyball duo who will be representing Great Britain at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, Australia (CWG).
We’re excited to announce that this year, will be supporting Chris Gregory and Jake Sheaf on their journey to CWG in April, and beyond throughout the 2018 season of European and International competitions.
With over 100 international tournament events on their books, GregorySheaf are ranked nationally at number one and third in the World. This means they will be fighting for a place on top of the CWG podium.
Speaking about this exciting new partnership our CEO Richard Denys said: “This is an important partnership for Webgains as, just like in the world of sports, we believe that performance coaching and the implementation of marginal gains and daily one percent improvements are key to reaching the highest level of our potential. Chris and Jake represent that same ethos and attitude to performance that we promote within our teams, and we are extremely excited to cheer them on, observe them progress and compete at the highest level this year and long into the future”.
The Webgains Academy has become a beacon of this ethos and philosophy, ensuring our team and anyone else who wants to improve their skills in digital, tech and performance marketing can do so in a modern, flexible and interactive working environment.
Chris Gregory has also spoken to us about his excitement to have Webgains in his corner, saying: “Webgains and Team Gregory/Sheaf are the best marriage of performance focussed entities since the forming of Gregory/Sheaf itself. Like performance athletes, Webgains are orientated around results and delivery.
As we continue preparations for the Commonwealth Games in April we are thrilled to be supported by a like-minded, fast-adapting organisation that prides itself on exceptional accuracy in pursuit of their targets, and the concept of the growth mindset.”
We are kick-starting the partnership with an Academy Wednesday Workforce Wellness event at our London Headquarters. Chris Gregory, also known as the 7ft cook, will be teaching us all about the importance of nutrition, and how we can elevate our performance with the right foods.
