No affiliate should bid on the Cotswold Outdoor brand name, derivatives of the brand name, misspellings or variations, for example “Cotswold Outdoor Voucher Code” is prohibited. This includes using the Cotswold Outdoor domain as the display URL; however it may be used as the destination URL. The brand name may not appear in the ad copy or ad title. Affiliates should negatively match appropriate terms to avoid appearing on these. Affiliates breaking these terms will be suspended from the programme.

Cotswold Outdoor reserves the right to remove the commission for every transaction an exclusive voucher code was used without permission. Cotswold Outdoor also reserve the right to suspend affiliates and cancel commissions of affiliates who promote codes which were not communicated via Webgains.
