About the role …

Working closely with the International Marketing Manager, Director, and Head of Product Marketing, you'll help drive Webgains’ brand and campaigns across multiple international markets with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and performance.

Role responsibilities

  • arrowGlobal Brand Stewardship: Champion and evolve our international brand presence, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance across diverse markets.
  • arrowOmnichannel Campaign Delivery: Support and co-create agile marketing campaigns across email, CRM, paid media, SEO/SEM, social, and in-person/virtual events.
  • arrowCreative Content & Storytelling: Design and deliver compelling branded assets and experiences—bringing our message to life through digital-first storytelling.
  • arrowCopywriting with Purpose: Craft content tailored to platform, audience, and objective—across blogs, press, ads, and social—guided by tone, clarity, and impact.
  • arrowPerformance Intelligence: Leverage analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights, continuously optimising for engagement and outcomes.
  • arrowCollaborative Innovation: Work across global, cross-functional teams to co-design solutions that enhance customer experience and business value.

Role requirements

Essential

  • 1+ years’ experience in a marketing role with exposure to multiple digital channels.
  • Creative and design fluency using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal—with native-level English (or equivalent).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Self-starter attitude, capable of working autonomously and adapting quickly in a changing environment.
  • Growth mindset with curiosity and a passion for learning and evolving with new tech and trends.

Desirable

  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and other marketing tools.
  • Video production/editing skills using Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Event planning and vendor coordination (e.g. agencies, suppliers).
  • Understanding of brand architecture and developing brand guidelines.
  • Confident presenter and communicator in both digital and live formats.
  • Fluency in additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus).
