PPC Policy – Closed

PPC is not allowed on the programme. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any PPC terms that infringe on the Heathrow Express PPC policy including brand, brand + voucher terms or linking directly to the Heathrow Express site.

Voucher Codes

Affiliates may not promote any promotional codes unless explicitly provided codes by the network or iCrossing. Any promotion of un-authorised codes will be automatically being commissioned at 0%.

Heathrow Express will consider providing voucher codes for use specifically in the affiliate channel as well as exclusive codes for individual affiliates from time to time.

Cashback

Please note that voucher codes or promotions cannot be used in conjunction with cashback. Cashback will be declined where a voucher code was used to generate a sale.
Cashback will be awarded following use of the ticket for the journey purchased.

Validations and Cancellations

Please note, since customers can cancel their ticket any time within three months of travel, commissions will only be paid upon the ticket being used or passing the date of the return policy when refunds can no longer be made. Although validations will be run regularly please be aware that depending on how far in advance customers purchase commissions may remain pending for more than 120 days.

Heathrow Express cancellation rate is extremely low and therefore most purchases are completed and will be legible for commission provided they meet the terms of promotion.
