‘The Tag’ is here: Tech Partnerships in an instant

Advertisers can now enjoy seamless integration with leading technology publishers on the Webgains affiliate network.

The Tag, a new functionality by Webgains, puts an end to the manual addition of publisher-specific code by advertisers to their websites. As long as a publisher is integrated with The Tag, brands on Webgains can enjoy all the services and benefits they offer directly through their standard Webgains Tracking Script – no additional code needed!

Typically, additional code is necessary for technology publishers providing a huge range of features built to improve shopper experiences and drive increased on site conversion. These may include, for example; basket recovery, suggested items, retargeting and much more.

Every publisher on Webgains integrated with The Tag is manually vetted by our Compliance Team who consider aspects including their commercial performance and technical suitability. Successfully going through this process at this launch phase are a trio of technology publishers: Virtual shopping assistant tool Envolve Tech and shopper engagement and conversion platform intent.ly.

intent.ly,and Envolve Tech are amongst the first technology Publishers to be integrated with The Tag on Webgains.

Webgains merchants are already onboarding publishers via The Tag. One such example is that of Acotis Diamonds:

Advertisers wishing to connect with one of these publishers can do so with a single click within the Webgains Platform. Simply head to ‘Tracking’ page and scroll to ‘Publisher Services’ section where included publishers are listed. Just toggle the ‘Activate’ to apply!
