HPI are the market leaders in vehicle history checks, and have been providing the histories of used vehicles since 1938. HPI is all about giving used car buyers the right information at the right time, so that they can make an informed decision when buying a used car, van or bike. Affiliate terms and conditions

Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the HPI Affiliate Team. Please note anyone found contravening these Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances HPI reserve to right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity. HPI will always aim to give as much notice as possible should any changes which affect affiliates and the affiliate programme occur in the future.

Use of Voucher Codes

Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the HPI affiliate programme. HPI reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.

Programme Terms and Conditions

HPI and Webgains support the Affiliate Marketing Council's Ethical Merchant Charter. Should any of your commissions need to be declined a reason will always be provided.

Email Marketing Campaigns

Affiliates promoting HPI through email marketing must contact affilaites@hpicheck.com for sign off.

Intellectual Property Rights

Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of HPI. These rights include trade marks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information. If an affiliate infringes these rights, they may be removed, losing any commissions. HPI require sign off on draft proofs of any copy that is to appear in any offline communication including and not limited to press campaigns.

Paid Search

We do accept PPC affiliates onto the campaign, the T’s and C’s are as follows: Do not direct traffic directly to any HPI or HPI brand websites (Car Status Check, Van Status Check), this must land onto your website first. No automatic redirects are allowed. No HPI or associated brand terms, (CSC etc) can appear in your Display URL, Title or description. This includes upper and lower case terms. Affiliates are not allowed to display their ads when HPI or variations of HPI, including misspellings, are entered as search keywords. No branding bidding at all is allowed. This is for all HPI associated brands: HPI, HPI Check, Car Status Check, Van Status Check, Bike Status Check, Suspension HPI reserve the right to suspend any affiliates from the programme immediately if any of terms and conditions are breached.
