You will be a self-driven, well-organised, quick learner, with good written and verbal communication skills, an analytic approach to problem solving, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a strong interest in online marketing and the affiliate channel.
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll support a portfolio of self-managed agency clients, helping them grow their affiliate programs and strengthen publisher relationships. Key responsibilities include publisher recruitment and optimisation, onboarding, reporting, and platform training. As your experience grows, you’ll provide marketing expertise to drive performance, supporting both agencies and publishers with strategic planning and problem-solving. Strong communication, time management, and the ability to deliver results are essential. Affiliate network experience is helpful but not required, full training will be provided.
