We’re looking for a Recruitment & HR Assistant who will play a hands-on role in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent for our fast-paced, target-driven business. This is a commercially focused role where recruitment will be your primary responsibility, making up around 70% of your time. You’ll be actively sourcing candidates, building long-term talent pipelines, and using a mix of direct outreach, networking, and creative search strategies to attract people who share our values. Success in this role means being proactive, commercially minded, and persistent — someone who enjoys the challenge of reaching out, starting conversations, and opening doors. The rest of your role will cover HR support and office coordination, ensuring our team not only has the tools and processes they need, but also a workplace where people feel supported and motivated. You’ll play an active role in creating a positive atmosphere in the office, contributing to wellbeing initiatives, and being a point of care for team members when they need guidance or support. From onboarding and engagement initiatives to day-to-day admin, you’ll help maintain a culture where people can do their best work, while keeping recruitment at the heart of what you do.
