Instant Car Check are a vehicle checking company, you can check the history of any vehicle simply by entering the vehicle registration Plate. Our easy to use service will allow you to purchase a vehicle history report from our range of products. Our payment methods will allow you to pay quickly and securely using a debit card, credit card or by using PayPal.

The Instant Car Check commission structure is as allows, this will be regularly reviewed and monitored.

Returns: No Returns

Affiliate terms and conditions

Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the Instant Car Check Affiliate Team. Please note anyone found contravening these Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme. In extreme circumstances Instant Car Check reserve to right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.

Instant Car Check will always aim to give as much notice as possible should any changes which affect affiliates and the affiliate programme occur in the future.

Use of Voucher Codes

Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Instant Car Check affiliate programme.
Instant Car Check reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.

Programme Terms and Conditions

Instant Car Check and Webgains support the Affiliate Marketing Council’s Ethical Merchant Charter. Should any of your commissions need to be declined a reason will always be provided.

Email Marketing Campaigns

Affiliates promoting Instant Car Check through email marketing must contact affiliate@instantcarcheck.co.uk for sign off.

Intellectual Property Rights

Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of Instant Car Check. These rights include trademarks and service marks, copyright and related rights, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to use in passing off and rights in confidential information.
If an affiliate infringes these rights, they may be removed, losing any commissions. Instant Car Check require sign off on draft proofs of any copy that is to appear in any offline communication including and not limited to press campaigns.

Paid Search

We do accept PPC affiliates onto the campaign, the T’s and C’s are as follows:

Do not direct traffic directly to any Instant Car Check or Instant Car Check brand websites, this must land onto your website first.
No automatic redirects are allowed.
No Instant Car Check or associated brand terms, can appear in your Display URL, Title or description. This includes upper and lower case terms.
Affiliates are not allowed to display their ads when Instant Car Check or variations of Instant Car Check, including misspellings, are entered as search keywords. No branding bidding at all is allowed. This is for all Instant Car Check associated brands.

Instant Car Check reserve the right to suspend any affiliates from the programme immediately if any of terms and conditions are breached. If you are not sure about what you can and cannot do, please contact affiliate@instantcarcheck.co.uk
