His proven ability to drive growth and adapt to changing markets will be a real asset to Webgains in the DACH region.

Attending the European Affiliate Awards in Amsterdam as well as Webgains Kölsch & Curry and DMEXCO in Cologne in his first days at Webgains, Giacomo has hit the ground running in his new role. It has been a busy but perfect start to his Webgains career with the opportunity to meet in-person with many Webgains advertiser, publisher and agency partners already.
On taking up his new position at Webgains, Giacomo said: “Throughout every stage of my career, one thing has always been crucial – how we lead people. For me, people are at the centre – whether our team or our customers – and that’s what makes the real difference. Technology, especially AI, is rapidly transforming processes, markets, and businesses, but it’s people who ultimately shape this change, both internally and externally.
“Sustainable success requires more than just smart processes, it takes true customer centricity and a culture of employee empowerment. My goal is to enable our team members to unlock their full potential with confidence and autonomy, so we can deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive lasting satisfaction.”
Giacomo joins the ad pepper Group in an exciting expansion period that has seen Webgains’ parent company acquire more than 60% of Solute – the company behind price comparison platform Billiger.de solutions, which also recently added Checkout Charlie GmbH to its portfolio.
