Over the past 3 years, Webgains has undertaken a major internal engineering project to completely overhaul and modernise the way it operates. Back in 2016 following a few internal ‘near misses’ regarding our operational capacity we commissioned a detailed root and branch review of how our servers and databases operated. In such a business as Webgains, with thousands of advertisers all running tens of thousands of campaigns via hundreds of thousands of affiliates across tens of millions of products the data volumes careful planning is needed to navigate through the seasonal (and unseasonal) peaks and troughs to ensure flawless service to our stakeholders.

With all of the above in mind, here is the most recent Network uptime report from Webgains, across all of the global servers & databases upon which we operate:

As shown, Webgains only lost one single minute of platform availability during the whole of 2019; For the past 6 months all the way though the high peaks of Q4 2019 including Black Friday week & Christmas though Q1 until the end of March 2020, The Webgains Network has been 100% available.

We’re so proud of our work in this area and thanks to these past 3 years of heavy lifting and re-engineering feel sure that our ongoing objective of >99.99% uptime can be maintained at this level for a long time to come.
