Lounge is a UK-based company, founded in Solihull, that has taken the world by storm with their mission to ‘Make Comfort Sexy‘. Having recently launched their Netherlands affiliate program, we wanted to make sure we consulted with our team on the ground in Amsterdam to understand how the market differs from the UK, in order to avoid a copy-and-paste approach.
One great way to do this was hosting an exclusive Lounge Affiliate Day. To this, we invited some of the most relevant publishers for Lounge in the Dutch market, allowing them to present how they work and why they would work well for the brand. Making these smarter connections face to face helped us gain an understanding of these publishers, the market in general, and how we need to optimise our strategy with Lounge to prosper within it.
