Welcome to the Webgains Advertiser Spotlight. To begin, could you please tell us a little bit about Heal’s?

Heal’s is a British furniture company founded in 1810. We harness our heritage of expertise and obsession with quality design, whilst also continuing to create innovative with cutting-edge ideas for contemporary spaces. From exciting up-and-coming designers, to classic styles that still inspire, we’re proud to offer an eclectic selection of furniture and decor that genuinely sees our customers through a lifetime. With over 200 years of trading to our name, we’ve secured ourselves as the leading landmark for design heritage, with our 42,000-square-foot store in the West End (and our website) playing host to the very best in luxury furniture, lighting and homeware.

Is there anything else you’d like to add? For instance, what are your business values? What is your story?

With a centuries-long fascination with quality design, Heal’s champions craftsmanship, longevity and sustainability. To support the industry, we commission emerging design talent to produce truly innovative collections, alongside showcasing the industry’s biggest names.

Design is at the heart of everything we do – pulsing through the veins of the company – which gives Heal’s a pioneering spirit. What’s more, we care how our products are made. We have a rich heritage and reputation for quality, craftsmanship and high-production values – and it’s more important than ever as we look to the future for both furniture designers and our customers. We believe in delivering premium products of the highest level of craftsmanship and construction – and this will never be compromised. Ultimately, we create furniture that’s built to last and offers a real investment for your home. Buy well, buy once!

What would you say are the biggest benefits for a Publisher working with your company?

As a leader in design, Heal’s is the go-to destination for luxury homeware with presence nationally across eight stores, and growing. Whilst historically this has been driven by physical stores, there has recently been a significant shift to online.

All content creation and marketing communications produced are inspirational and dynamic: Heal’s goal is to influence the way people live or inspire them to enrich their  lives and express themselves.

We are open to discussing commission rates with publishers and we are incredibly selective about the partners we work with, always aligning with brands and publishers that elevate the Heal’s brand.

What can you tell us about your audience? What types of Publishers do you work best with?

Our audience is predominantly affluent females, ages 25-49, and either living in London or outside of the capital.

We are keen to work with publishers who elevate the Heal’s brand and align to our values of craftsmanship and leading design.

Is there anything else you’d like our Publisher clients to know?

We recently won ‘Best UX in Eccomerce’ at the Ecommerce Awards 2022, a real achievement for the team and an example of the investment and importance we are putting into our online presence.

So, what makes Heal’s an exciting company?

Heal’s is always driven to be at the forefront of innovation for customers to discover the latest in contemporary design. Although we have a rich history, we continually evolve to stay ahead of the zeitgeist, never standing still and looking for innovative ways to inspire our customers whilst remaining true to the brand.

Does Heal’s have any exciting plans coming up in 2022?

After a successful two years, we have some big plans for 2023. We will be undergoing a major transformation of our flagship Tottenham Court Road store, taking over the adjacent vacant ground floor and basement space, previously occupied by Habitat.

The expansion will see a remodelling of the prestigious showroom, which has held prime position on Tottenham Court Road for more than 200 years.
